Asset recovery attracts many dubious providers. That is why this page lists everything about Elite Institute you can verify independently – and how to recognise legitimate work in general.

At a glance

Who is behind Elite Institute.

Elite Institute is an asset recovery company based in Berlin. We investigate, trace transactions on the blockchain and coordinate recovery with exchanges, banks, authorities and partner law firms. We do not give legal advice ourselves; where legal representation is needed, a partner law firm takes it on under its own mandate.

Principles

What you can hold our work to.

These points apply to every case. You can check them before you pay anything.

01

Free first review

The first case review costs nothing. Afterwards you decide whether we continue.

02

Fees in writing, up front

We quote every fee in writing before work begins. No costs arise without your consent.

03

No guaranteed outcome

No reputable firm can guarantee a recovery. After the review we tell you plainly where your case stands.

04

No payments in crypto

Fees are billed by invoice. We never ask for payment in cryptocurrency.

05

Your credentials stay with you

We never ask for seed phrases, private keys, passwords or banking PINs. Tracing only needs public addresses.

06

Identity check before payout

Recovered funds are paid out only after your identity is verified and you explicitly approve the payout.

Official contact channels

How we contact you – and the only ways we do.

01

Email

Only from addresses on the @elitecontract.de domain.

02

Client area

03

04

Your case number

Every message from us references your personal case number. If in doubt, compare it in your client area.

For any provider

How to check an asset recovery provider.

These questions help with any provider – including us.

01

A complete imprint

Is there a full postal address, a responsible person and a company register entry?

02

A written agreement

Are services and fees set out in writing before you pay anything?

03

No guarantees, no crypto up front

Guaranteed recovery and fees in cryptocurrency are typical warning signs.

04

Check warning lists

Regulators such as BaFin and the FCA publish warnings about dubious firms. Checking takes a minute.
